The fine print
The fine print, in plain language
The first look is free.
I build it before you commit to anything. If you don't want it, you owe nothing and I've lost an afternoon. That's the deal.
You own your domain.
After the first twelve months, if you want to leave, I transfer the domain to you at no cost. Your business name is yours. I'm not going to hold it. Worth being straight about: the minimum term is three months, but the domain transfer opens at twelve. Leave before that and the registration stays with me.
Three-month minimum.
After that, month to month. Cancel whenever.
Why it's priced monthly.
If I build you something you don't like, or I stop answering when you need a change, you stop paying and I've made nothing. I'd rather that pressure sit with me than with you.
What happens if you stop paying mid-term.
The site goes offline until the payments start again. Nothing is deleted.
Where you are doesn't change the price.
The work happens over email, a couple of calls, and a private link. Same price whether you're down the street or across the country.
